At Aligned Family Chiropractic, we help to restore your nerve system by removing subluxations through chiropractic adjustments. Subluxation simply put is when your spine loses its proper positioning and alignment. This causes interference within your nerve system. Our job is to remove these interferences through chiropractic adjustments. A chiropractic adjustment will be given by the doctor's hands to deliver the appropriate care to the spine and restore normal nerve system function.

Dr. Kim will then create a care plan designed specifically for you and your health and wellness goals.
Your first visit will probably last 30-45 minutes.
You will then receive a complete chiropractic examination which may include a postural analysis, motion and static palpation, and computerized sEMG and Thermography scans.
This helps Dr. Kim in understanding the cause of your health concerns/challenge(s) and to create your Personalized Care Plan.
During your second visit, Dr. Kim will review and share what she learned about your health based on your consultation, exams, and scans.

I was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana and lived there for 21 years.
After graduating high school I attended Our Lady of Holy Cross College to start my career in nursing school.
I realized after 3 years that my calling was towards pregnancy and pediatrics but not through being a nurse.
That's when I moved to Houston, Texas in 2007 to be with my family, who relocated here due to Hurricane Katrina.
I was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana and lived there for 21 years.
