I have never seen Dr. JR before but let me tell you he is amazing.
I may even be totally converted over to using him for my needs. I have a very difficult back that never wants to cooperate and he used moves I've never seen before that worked wonders. My mom also ended up seeing him and he helped her with her sliding hiatal hernia and gave her 3 exercises he wants her to be doing.
