Every 12 visits or 3 months whichever cums first re-exam scans will be performed FREE of charge.
In an effort to individualize each patient's care plan, new patients will meet with Dr. Jen for a consultation to discuss current health and projected health goals.
From there each patient will be given a comprehensive examination featuring state of the art scans and review of findings (these services will total approximately 45 - 60 minutes).
An individualized care plan will be specially tailored to your needs which will begin the restoration phase of care.
