Versitility is the mark of this treatment option.
Patients can be positioned and treated lying face up or face down which improves patient comfort and addresses each patients unique condition.
A person who experiences extreme discomfort upon bending forward only a few inches will likely have a better outcome if treated lying face down.
Decompression Traction is quickly becoming the go to option for costly and invasive back surgeries.
When combined with hands on chiropractic care many patients will find themselves recovering much faster than they thought possible.

As a Chiropractor, my life's work involves restoring motion to the spinal column and proper function to the nervous system.
I am often asked what a person might do "on their own" to help to maintain spinal motion and prevent future episodes of injury.
My answer is always certain.
When a person practices yoga, the spine is moved through its full range of motion; this motion has a remarkable nourishing effect on the intervertebral discs and fires joint mechanoreceptors (JMR's) at their fullest potential.
