Dr. Moss received his BA from The University of The State of New York, then studied at New York Chiropractic College where he graduated and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree (D.C.degree) in 1992.
As a child and young man, he was always intrigued as to how things worked.
He would take things apart and put them back together again so he had a full understanding of how and why it worked.
He would usually fix the major appliances, the cars and the computers in the house.
His interest in chiropractic came about when his mother, having suffered many years of migraine headaches, was improved greatly after seeing a chiropractic physician on Long Island, N.Y.

Our Office Manager, Sandii, has been part of our Chiropractic team for over 5 years and is an indispensable member.
She is very warm, friendly and helpful.
On your very first visit with us, Sandii will be available to answer any paperwork or insurance questions you might have.
She will also explain what your visit will be like with the doctor.
Sandii has been a chiropractic believer and supporter ever since she was injured in an accident years ago, was told she'd never walk without surgery, decided not to get the surgery and got great results with a chiropractor's care.

Adjustments, or manipulation as they're sometimes referred to is the minor movement of vertebrae in the spine.
The objective of this movement is to realign vertebrae that have moved out of place for a number of reasons ranging from normal daily activity to trauma such as a car accident.
When these vertebrae are out of place, it has an overall systemic effect from muscular to the central nervous system.
Without proper alignment and flow of all nerves and systems in the body from the brain, we can't function at our peak.

Partial sit ups are recommended for people with back pain.
The same muscle groups are worked out without putting stress on the lower back.
You will start just like a regular sit up with your back on the floor, both feet on the floor, and your knees bent.
Raise your head, neck, and shoulders off of the floor and hold that position for 5 seconds.
This exercise will strengthen your core and is simple to do.
Repeat as many times as you can, with a goal of increasing your reps each day.
You start this exercise the same way like the partial sit up.
