Services
Hello, my name is Dr. Heath Schipp.
I was born in Clarksville, Indiana, and moved to Paducah with my family during high school.
I attended St. Mary where I enjoyed playing basketball and running track and field.
After graduating from Murray State University with a double honors degree in Chemistry and Biology, I attended chiropractic school at Logan College in St. Louis, Missouri.
After graduating from Logan College, I returned home to Paducah and within six months opened my practice in Lone Oak.
The next step in the process is your consultation with Doctor Heath Schipp.
The initial visit will be used to identify patient needs and further explain our process in detail.
The next step after your consultation is the examination, a thorough process of testing and searches to help create a chiropractic health plan that addresses your needs best.
To help better determine issues related to your examination x-rays will be used to identify any issues that can be addressed with the proper chiropractic care.
People have numerous questions when they come to see a doctor, especially when that doctor is a chiropractor.
These are the most commonly asked questions we see every day.
Chiropractic is a branch of medicine that works with the spine and the nervous system that runs through it, to alleviate the pains of a "pinched nerve".
The spinal cord is covered by 24 moveable vertebra.
When these vertebra rotate out of place, they can pinch on the nerves that extend out into the muscles and organs.
When a nerve is pinched, it will start firing excessively.
