I originally went to school to study architecture, but instead I became a movement specialist - a human architect if you will. With my education and experience, I can help you relieve your pain, get stronger, in shape, and transform your body.

In short I help you move better, look better, and feel better. When I'm not in the office, I am working out, in the kitchen trying to recreate the perfect recipe with my wife Jean, or playing guitar.

If we believe we can help you we will move on to our initial evaluation which includes a chiropractic exam, a foot analysis, and movement screen.
If we need any imaging (x-rays, MRI) or lab test (blood, hair, urine) we will order them at this time.
After the evaluation, we will discuss our findings, out line treatment options, timing, and cost.
Conditioning: Conditioning is our version of an interval style cardio workout.
