While we definitely do help people with musculoskeletal injuries, such as back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, etc., we also love to help people with achieving optimal wellness.

Dr. Phillips attended Arlington High School in the early 80's.
During this time, he started lifting weights under the guidance of his father, who was a long-time college and high school football and track coach.
He continued this passion as he graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering in 1988.
This knowledge fulfilled his desire to understand the intricacies of how stuff works.
After graduation he obtained an engineering position at Fairchild Aircraft, and later at Unisys, the latter being a contractor for NASA in Houston.

Kristi brings a wealth of life experience to the "table".
She has always made health and wellness a priority for herself and her family and loves to help others do the same.
She joined this practice in 2014 as the full time Office Manager.
In 2017, she left briefly to pursue other endeavors, then returned part time to assist in the office and with the doctors.
Her journey (and the repeated encouragement of the doctors) led her to pursue massage therapy, and she is thrilled to now be here in that capacity!
