Services
Our mission at Inland Valley Rehabilitation and Chiropractic Center is simply to serve you.
We provide excellent chiropractic care to help our patients reach and exceed their health goals.
We assess the patient as a whole.
We want to address the main concern, but also lead you into a lifestyle of being pain free.
We do all of this by offering an evidence-based approach to chiropractic care by utilizing chiropractic manipulation, soft-tissue techniques, therapeutic rehabilitation, and a variety of chiropractic services to help achieve your health goals.
We specialize in correcting your body's misalignments.
Our goal is to ensure that your spine and the rest of your body are working harmoniously.
To do so, we will help you develop a plan that will require light stretching, some exercise, chiropractic care, and a healthy diet.
Corrective exercises are the use of bodily movements and/or postures to restore desirable changes in diseased or injured tissues.
The corrective exercises are movement strategies that minimize or eliminate compensation.
Corrective exercises should precede more integrated exercises, because they can cue the patient's motor system to respond in a more desirable way and assist in removing or improving biomechanical constraints.
We love to hear from our clients, please let us know if there are any areas that you think we could improve upon.
Dr James does an outstanding job caring for his patients and taking the time to actually listen what problems the patient is experiencing.
Dr James Yi was such a pleasure to work with.
I threw my back out a few years ago and I always had this lingering pain.
It affected my posture and I never felt right.
When I saw Dr James Yi he made sure to work on every part of my back and I felt refreshed after.
We want to see all our patients attain and maintain a level of wellness care.
This is when your body is fully healed and only needing maintenance adjustments.
It is still recommended to come in for periodic adjustments to keep things running smoothly.
This requires a quick visit 1-4 times per month based on your lifestyle and goals.
Since back pain is the leading cause of disability worldwide, it is vital to know how to prevent the cause of back pain.
By maintaining a healthy diet and weight, remaining active and avoiding prolonged inactivity or bed rest are all important ways to avoid back pain.
