After our office was destroyed by Hurricane Michael, we made the decision to stay and rebuild!
Due to the widespread devastation in the area and shortage of office space, I was seeing patients out of our garage because our loyal patients still wanted to be seen despite the unfortunate circumstances.
Now we are super excited for our NEW location in the Winter of 2019.
In Elite's short history we have already been able to serve several hundred families.
