I was diagnosed with ADHD as a child, and was part of the first generation of 'Ritalin kids' in the 1990s.

As I grew older the medications I took interfered with mood and my sleep.

By the time I was in college I was taking the medications not to focus, but to wake up and wind down.
Fortunately, I found my calling in chiropractic, and was able to change the path I was going down.
