In simplest terms, a subluxation is when one or more of the bones of your spine (vertebrae) move out of position and put pressure on spinal nerves.

Spinal nerves are the nerves that come out from between each of the bones in your spine. This pressure or irritation on the nerves then causes those nerves to malfunction and interfere with the signals traveling to and from the brain and the body. This reduces the life energy or "power" sent to your body. Specific spinal adjustments get to the root of recurring subluxations.

The focus of spinal adjustments is to reduce subluxations, restoring function and health to the body and brain. During your initial visit, either Dr. Tim will analyze to see if there is subluxation, the level of subluxation, and present a thorough care plan, which could include specific spinal adjustments, follow-up exams and post x-rays detailing the improvement in your spine.
