What is Active Release Techniques (ART) to Individuals, Athletes, and Patients?
ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.
Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART.
These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles.

The Titleist Performance Institute Golf Assessment and Training program is designed to improve your body's functional ability to perform on the golf course.
After a functional evaluation of your golf specific movements, we will devise a plan that may include core strengthening, flexibility exercises, Active Release Therapy and spinal manipulative therapy (chiropractic adjustment) to help improve your swing by addressing deficiencies in your biomechanics, mobility, stability and strength.
This unique training identifies the physical limitations that lead to many common swing faults/characteristics that keep golfers from performing at their best.

Kinesiology Tape is the application of a specific kind of athletic tape to support sport-specific myofascial chains, creating a bio-mechanical lifting mechanism which lifts the skin away from the soft tissue.
This allows blood to move into an injured area which accelerates healing and recovery.
Using tape, we can better engage and coordinate an individual's movement to increase efficiency and reduce fatigue, through a mechanism that can reduce swelling, accelerate blood flow and help coordinate better movement.

I highly recommend Core Health and Performance to anyone!
I've been doing Crossfit for over 5 years, and it has a tendency to beat me up.
Even when I walk in with a laundry list of ailments, I walk out feeling looser, lighter, and armed with some stretches and warmups to keep me moving freely in my workouts.
From chronic elbow tendonitis to torn labrums and pulley injuries, as a 15 year rock climber I've experienced my fair share of nagging injuries and subsequently a small army of orthopedic surgeons, massage therapists, and chiropractors.
