I have so much love for this place! I discovered Upstate Spine & Sport in 2018 after biking the Gran Fondo Hincappie. Recently before wandering over to their tent, I had mentioned my wrist pain to a friend who raved about Dr. Jolson from Upstate Spine. Since 2018 and meeting with Dr. J, I have felt so much more aware of my body and breathing. He has been an outlet for me, not only with eliminating my wrist issues, but also with knee and back pain as well. I appreciate his adjustments and also that he takes the time to create personalize stretches and exercises for me and all of his clients!

I recently started going to Upstate Spine & Sport for hip pain related to cycling. I was new to cycling and while it is lower impact, it really started to a toll on my hip. I found out about Upstate Spine & Sport's, Dr. Jake Aleck, through the cycle club I attend. He is also a participant at the same cycle club, so he could really speak to what the issue could be. After 4 sessions, my hip is back to normal. I now have the tools to continue to strengthen my hip and prevent further injury. Dr. Aleck does an excellent job of listening and explaining the mechanics of the body. I am truly amazed. Now the focus has shifted to a shoulder issue I have had off and on for years! Just one session in and I can already feel a difference. Honestly, this is unlike any place I have ever gone! You will not be disappointed!
