He was an avid athlete his whole life and was always fascinated with the bodies ability to do things.
So after High School he attended the University of Central Oklahoma right here in Edmond, OK.
During his undergraduate studies in Biology, he worked as a certified personal trainer in helping many people reach their health and fitness goals.
As his desire to help people grew he discovered Chiropractic, and that it was truly the only way to live a healthy life.

I go there to get adjusted because my job is so physical.
Dr. Hughes has a detailed plan for my health that is curtailed to my specific needs.
It's truly awesome to go in and get adjusted to your specific needs and not just a "general" treatment.
I highly recommend his office for everyone.
Being a competitive bodybuilder, Dr. Brian keeps my body in a state of neurological well-being through a battery of advanced methods and manipulations.
Allergies are characterized by an overreaction of the immune system to substances (either inhaled, ingested, touched or injected) that normally do not cause an overreaction in non-allergic people.
Asthma is a condition involved in the respiratory system in which the airways occasionally constrict, becoming inflamed, and is lined with excessive amounts of music, often in response to one or more triggers.
These episodes may be triggered by such things as exposure to an environmental stimulant such as allergen, environmental tobacco smoke, cold or warm air, perfume, pet dander, moist air, or emotional stress.
Erectile dysfunction is the failure to get an erection, or keep an erection long enough for satisfactory lovemaking.
It isn't a disease, but a symptom of some other problem, either physical, psychological or a mixture of both.
Contrary to popular belief, the majority of cases have physical causes, with only one in ten cases of impotence being caused by psychological problems.
Some of the causes include drunkenness, anxiety and tiredness.
Smoking, high cholesterol levels, medications, antidepressants, trauma and anabolic steroid use are all other risk factors that play a role in erectile dysfunction.
Contrary to what drug makers would have you believe, your blood pressure is not regulated by chemicals in the blood.
Individuals with normal blood pressure do not have higher levels of Lipitor in their bodies.
In fact, the chemicals sold to artificially reduce blood pressure do not occur naturally in the body.
Our blood pressure is regulated from moment to moment by nerves.
At specific locations in the walls of the large arteries, special sensors "measure" blood pressure by responding to the amount of stretch in the walls of the arteries, monitoring oxygen and carbon dioxide levels in the blood, and relaying information about the stretching of the heart's chambers (which is a function of circulating blood volume).
