Back in 2006, when Dr. Liliana Warner was a fresh-faced recipient of her Doctorate of Chiropractic, she set out do as Life University, her alma mater, bid her - to give, to do, to love, and to serve out of a place of abundance. Little did she know at the time that she would be joined by many whose callings are similar.

Now, Lotus of Life Chiropractic boasts not only two dedicated, skilled chiropractors, but also a nutrition specialist who is a practicing Reiki master, and an office manager who is also a spiritual counselor.Additionally, the practice now houses two independently operating wellness establishments: Sara P. Gartland, Licensed Massage Therapist and Moxie Coaching, life coaching with Elizabeth Malone.Do you want to feel great and be happy? We do that here!
Services
We offer chiropractic adjustments with the utilization of the concepts of BGI (Bio-Geometric Integration).
We adjust using various techniques, depending on what will work best with your body and based on your history.
We utilize manual adjustments, the drop table, the Activator instrument, chiropractic blocking techniques, soft tissue contacts, and breathwork to help achieve the most specific input for you and your needs.
We use Webster Technique with pregnant women, and very gentle adjustments with children at every age.
Dr. Nicole Rivera, born and raised in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, is dedicated to empowering you to take control of your health and be the best version of yourself utilizing the body's innate healing power.
She received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University in Atlanta in 2020.
Her passion for the human body started in high school where she decided her undergraduate degree would be in Human Biology, earned in 2016 from Turabo University in Puerto Rico.
Growing up Dr. Nicole had severe issues with her reproductive health and low back pain that started to get better when she started Chiropractic care at 20 years old.
Lisa is Lotus of Life's Nutrition Specialist, and our primary Nutrition Response Testing practitioner.
She teaches many of the classes we offer, covering a myriad of health-related topics and showing participants how best to utilize their own diets for healing purposes.
She's also our resident Reiki master.
A parent of a child with some health challenges from infancy, Lisa's path of healing with chiropractic care and nutrition began 13 years ago with what seemed like a simple query: what could be causing my baby's eczema?
Before the definition of Bio-Geometric Integration can make sense, you must know what a subluxation is.
In general, a subluxation is the interference of the optimal expression of your system resulting from physical, biochemical, or psychological distress.
The intention of chiropractic is to release those interferences in order to allow better expression of your body's innate intelligence and, subsequently, promote wellness.
Discovered and developed by Dr. Sue Brown, D.C., Bio-Geometric Integration (BGI) is an integrative approach to the science, philosophy, and art of chiropractic.
The reflexes let us know how the body is doing, and in what areas it requires the most assistance.
D.D. Palmer, developer of modern-day chiropractic, said: "from baby in the high chair, to grandma in her rocker, the axial bones, the spinal vertebrae, are as liable to be displaced by noxious substances which enter the system in our food and drink or by inhalation, as they are by accident direct."
Palmer understood that nutrition is a key facet of overall health, making it a major concern for the chiropractor and her participants.
