He received a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology and his Doctorate from the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois.

Dr. Lipkin continued his post-graduate studies in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological, orthopedic and skeletal disorders.
He remains active, serving on the Board of the Pinellas County Chiropractic Society of which he served as Treasurer; and as President.
