Dr. Carpenter's focus and motivation is firmly established in working with athletes and those interested in creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. His philosophy on sports medicine is to work with the patient so he or she may achieve his or her goals and continue to enjoy the activities they are passionate about. Dr. Zandall Carpenter, DC-APC, CSCS is a leading fitness and wellness expert for athletes and those interested in health and lifestyle improvements.

Dr. Carpenter has practiced chiropractic medicine since 1999 and has over twenty years' experience as a personal fitness consultant and massage therapist. He also has several years' experience assisting endurance athletes in achieving their goals by focusing on injury prevention and optimal performance. Zandall received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the prestigious Cleveland Chiropractic College of Los Angeles and currently holds a New Mexico advanced chiropractic license.

Zandall is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association who is passionate about working with people who actively participate in their own health and wellness.

At our chiropractic office, we want your treatment experience to be a pleasant one.
One way to make sure of that is to keep you informed as to what to expect during your office visit.
Generally, your first appointment will take a little longer than follow up visits as we will want to obtain information about you, your health background and the reason for your visit.
Please plan on arriving at least 10 minutes early to make sure we have all the information we need to treat you.
Make sure to bring your insurance card, list of medications, and if you have them, past medical records.
Dr. Carpenter believes strongly in keeping the body healthy through proper exercise and a healthy diet.

His certification as a strength and conditioning specialist enhances his ability to prescribe specific exercises to correct muscle imbalances and address areas of weakness.
