While at Gettysburg College I was able to do a service learning trip in Woodside Jamaica, where I helped build a library, work on a sugarcane plantation, and tutor elementary age children in the town's school.
While in Chiropractic school, I traveled to Bahia, Brazil and worked in several small towns as a volunteer doctor.
I was born and raised in a small town in Northern NY where winters were long and cold and the summers were humid and buggy.
