Dr. Amanda Star integrates her knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics with her experience as a Pilates and yoga instructor and as a result, has a unique approach to client care.
Amanda is originally from New York, and currently lives in Los Angeles. She completed her undergraduate studies at McGill University and the University of Toronto. She then obtained her Doctorate of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), the top chiropractic college in North America. In addition to her formal education, Amanda is a STOTT Pilates Rehab Instructor trainer.
Amanda leads Movement Medicine workshops and courses on integrating yoga therapy into clinical practice. She has over 8 years of experience as a private trainer.
