Regrettably, Dr. Christa has received pivotal news regarding her husband's Air Guard responsibilities. He will be transferred to the New York Air Guard for a full-time permanent assignment starting this summer. It is in the best interest of their family that Dr. Christa and her daughter will relocate with him. Thus, with an extremely heavy heart, Horizon HealthWorks will not be having any more live face-to-face visits.
Please know that this was an extremely difficult decision for Dr. Christa and her passion truly lies in assisting each person she has had the pleasure to work with! Dr. Christa hopes to be able to offer telehealth services in the future. Currently, these services are not available, but she is in the process of setting up the details of this potential option.
