Services
I moved to Colorado 12 years ago after graduating from chiropractic school in Minnesota at Northwestern Health Sciences University.
Having had unique exposure to chiropractic as an integral part of a multidisciplinary approach during my schooling, I have worked hard to create a clinic that embraces the best of both allopathic and alternative medicine.
I am passionate about helping people change their lives by leaving their pain behind them and humble enough to know that chiropractic is often only a piece of the puzzle.
Thank you for visiting Advanced Chiropractic Clinic online!

It helps increase blood flow to the affected area.
It may also reduce muscle spasms and increase flexibility and range of motion.
Cold therapy helps relieve inflammation.
Depending on your symptoms, alternating hot and cold stones during your massage may be helpful.
It's the position of the American Massage Therapy Association that "massage therapy can be effective for stress relief."
Research supports their opinion.
A 2001 study showed that a ten-minute massage improved cardiovascular responses such as stroke volume.
Inflammation is directly linked with acute pain, particularly at joints or in muscles.
By applying CBD topicals directly to the affected areas, the cannabinoid's natural anti-inflammatory effects can help to reduce the inflammation and therefore relieve any discomfort being experienced due to sore muscles.
Inflammation is essentially the body's response to a threat to your health.
In the case of physical trauma or strenuous activity, inflammation can arise in response, which tends to show itself in the form of pain, swelling, redness and soreness.
Essential oils have been used for thousands of years in various cultures for medicinal and health purposes.
Essential oil uses range from aromatherapy, household cleaning products, personal beauty care, and natural medicine treatments.
The particles in essential oils come from distilling or extracting the different parts of plants, including the flowers, leaves, bark, roots, resin, and peels.
Essential oils carry the essence of the plants in such a potent form the a single drop of essential oil can equal multiple teaspoons of the dried herb (for instance, 1 drop of peppermint oil equals more than 25 cups of peppermint tea and oils can be up to 70xs more potent than their dried herbal form).
