The goal of HOPE Chiropractic can be summed up in the meaning behind the HOPE in our name - Helping Others by Providing Excellence. We provide a Chiropractic experience that is different than what you may have experienced in the past, striving to get you feeling better as fast as possible, in as few visits as possible -- without the typical three-times-a-week program offered by other Chiropractors.
The care provided at HOPE Chiropractic does not involve any twisting or popping of the neck, back or any other joint of the body. The treatments are gentle, safe and, most importantly, very effective. Many patients feel quite a bit better at the end of the very first visit and continually improve as they continue through care.

Services
As a new patient at HOPE Chiropractic, your first visit will entail a thorough history and examination, taking about 90 minutes.
During the examination, we will first check to see if you have a short leg which is an excellent indicator of imbalance in your body and is most often caused by a misalignment of the top bone in your neck.
We will then check about 60 muscles on both sides of your body to evaluate their function and the overall function of your entire body.
This thorough examination process is called Applied Kinesiology and allows us to not only look at the problem you came in for but also find hidden problems that have not reached the level of causing you pain.

With peer reviewed reports coming out of research institutions showing that upwards of 80% of the supplements sold in stores don't contain what the label claims, it is important to know where your supplements are coming from.
Hope Chiropractic has sought out the highest quality supplement manufacturers/suppliers and has teamed up with NutriDyn, a Midwest based distributor of Metagenics (a pioneer in nutraceutical interventions), to bring you the best the nutrition world has to offer.
One of the reasons we chose NutriDyn is they are single Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certified by itself, but also triple certified for GMP through the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), Natural Products Association (NPA), and Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) - an international certification.

Chiropractic is one of the most amazing healthcare professions, but very few people understand what it's all about.
Done by Hand.
The name was chosen by the developer of chiropractic, Daniel David Palmer, pictured top right.
A prolific reader of all things scientific, DD Palmer realized that although various forms of manipulation had been used for hundreds if not thousands of years, no one had developed a philosophical or scientific rationale to explain their effects.
Palmer's major contribution to the health field was therefore the codification of the philosophy, art and science of chiropractic which was based on his extensive study of anatomy and physiology.

Atlas Orthogonal (AO) is a systematic way of correcting spinal misalignment through objective evidence (x-rays, leg length checks, and scanning palpation).
AO was founded by Dr. Roy Sweat in Atlanta, GA, ongoing research at the Sweat Institute for Atlas Orthogonal has allowed for continued improvement in areas of x-ray analysis, adjusting, and overall patient care.
Doctors practicing AO receive specialized, post-graduate training in the structure, function and biomechanics of the upper cervical spine.

Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a non-invasive system of evaluating body function through the use of manual muscle testing.
It works by assessing how well a muscle is firing (We call this turned on if the muscle is working and turned off if the muscle is not working the way it should.)
Treatments may involve specific adjustments of joints, various myofascial therapies, cranial techniques, various reflex procedures, clinical nutrition, dietary management, evaluating environmental irritants, and counselling skills.
