During your first visit at Ideal Posture and Spine you will spend one hour with one of our doctors working to identify all the stress and specific factors causing break downs in your health.
After you have completed your Discovery Visit with us, we will then schedule you for a Plan of Care Consultation.
During this visit we will review your test results, and any abnormal stressors found in the three categories of trauma, toxins and thoughts.
We will then discuss your plan of care to adequately remove these stressors and restore overall wellness to your life again.

It’s 100% worth it to invest in yourself. Take the time to put in the effort to truly be functioning at your best. At Ideal Posture & Spine I know my overall well being is of upmost importance, not solely an adjustment (though they are the best I’ve ever had). I wouldn’t just recommend them…I am strongly encouraging you to GO! And don’t hesitate!

Can’t say more positives things about this place and the people that work there!. I initially came for an adjustment because I felt out of line. They don’t offer that to patience without an X-ray, so after I got an X-ray I discovered I had massive scoliosis I never knew about.
I am now half way through my treatment
(13 of 24 visits) and have already had more amazing results that I never expected. The doctors are so knowledgeable and teach you about the process every step of the way. I’ve seen patients of all ages in here, from 5 y.o to 75 y.o, and everyone always feels welcomed and it’s a very friendly environment. I can not recommend this place enough
