Central Rehab is a small but growing medical and chiropractic clinic based out of Dallas, TX, with 2 convenient locations. We specialize in federal and state workers' compensation injuries, as well as, personal injuries. I have been coming to Central rehab since 2014 and it is a privilege to have dedicated workers to work on my case. The staff here at Central Rehab is really great, they work with the patient to make sure they are well taken care of.

Dr. Brian Rogers received his Bachelors' degree from Texas A&M University in 1987, he then obtained his medical degree from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been in practice for over 20 years.
Dr. Kelly Alana has practiced chiropractic medicine in the Dallas- Fort Worth area since 1998.
He graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic, and specializes in the rehabilitation treatment of work and motor vehicle related injuries.
Dr. Alana utilizes a functional approach demonstrating that the spine and the extremities are cohesive even when an injury occurs.
