The Chiropractic Adjustment or manipulation is performed exclusively by a Doctor of Chiropractic. The gentle thrust is delivered by hand, with an activator tool or Thompson Drop Table. This is performed to correct vertebral subluxation or a misaligned vertebral joint. The goal is to restore or enhance joint function, reduce pain, resolve joint inflammation and increase overall health.

Electrical stimulation involves stimulating local nerve cells that reduce pain and discomfort by blocking the transmission of the pain signals(pain gate mechanism) or by stimulating the release of pain reducing endorphins. Therapeutic Exercise focuses on restoring and maintaining strength, endurance, flexibility, stability and balance. The goal of TE is to return injured soft tissue to a fully functioning pain-free state.

Spinal Decompression Therapy is used to realign the components of the spine in order to relieve pressure on a pinched nerve causing chronic pain. This therapy increases circulation to the damaged disc, allowing it to begin the natural healing process.

The role of a chiropractor in prenatal care is to establish pelvic balance and alignment, not only to reduce the mother/baby discomfort but also to allow the baby to be in the best position for delivery.
When the pelvis is misaligned it may reduce the amount of room for the developing baby to be comfortable and they may seek out a less than optimal positioning for birth.
Our chiropractic training provides safe exercises, stretches and manipulation (adjustment) to the low back and pelvis to optimize alignment.
Lower back pain is the single leading cause of disability worldwide, according to the Global Burden of Disease 2010.
Around 31 million Americans experience low-back pain at any given time.

The day I walked into Dr.
Daniels office she jumped straight into action, no xrays necessary!
Not only did she relieve my pain she provided me with exercises and other options to sitting at my desk all day.

I play sports on a regular basis and one day I tore some muscle tissue in my left shoulder while playing basketball.
My shoulder swelled and I could barely move my arm.
