Dr. Frank Marghella graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, in 2006. Dr. Marghella is adamant about getting to the root of the problem and providing complementary modalities along side chiropractic treatment. Specific Chiropractic modalities and muscle techniques he uses are Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, Palmer Upper Cervical, and Activator. We also utilize spinal decompression therapy and k-laser therapy. By having a deep skillset, he is able to customize care to each patient and offers new ways for patients to find relief. I started seeing Dr. Marghella back when he was doing his internship for school. I've seen him through the years anytime my regular chiropractor was on vacation or otherwise unavailable & now that he has retired, Dr. Marghella is my go-to for chiropractic care. He really cares for his patients & incorporates different modalities to ensure that his patients get what they need in order to achieve their wellness goals.

Dr. Frank has been incredible helping get me back to cycling fitness. He listens to patient needs and only addresses what's really needed, which is a blessing as most chiropractors want to take you through unnecessary 'stuff' that isn't needed when dealing with specific issues. Dr. Frank is definitely someone you need to see if you are in any pain or just want too improve your overall health. He has a great depth of knowledge and patience with all his clients and makes sure you leave with a full understanding of how spinal health is a must for a healthy lifestyle. Not only can he treat your immediate pain, but he lays out a plan for continued support.
He is great with kids in sports and explains in simple terms why correct spinal health is so important for kids in sports. He has helped my daughter with neck, back pain from her sport and she couldn't be happier. The staff is super friendly and patient as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Frank at Ideal Health and Wellness is AMAZING! I did a boxing workout for the first time which lead to mid-back pain. I thought the workout was new and the pain would pass. 6 months later the pain was still present. It ached just to lay down certain ways. It ached to sit or stand for too long. I could no longer do certain exercises due to the pain it caused.
I've only been going for adjustments about a month now and the difference is night and day. I can now lay down however I want. I can sit for longer amounts of time before any aches creep in. I now can even do certain exercises that had been off limits due to too much pain. I am beyond thankful for Dr. Frank and his stellar team. Everyone is so friendly and easy to talk to. My husband and kids now come as well! Stop just dealing with aches and pains like I did. You gotta come see Dr. Frank!

I love this place: I came to Dr. Frank to get help with weight loss. I've tried several things but this has stuck! So far, I have lost about 12 inches along the tummy/waist area and I still have more than half my visits left! I love Dr. Frank and his team. What an amazing place! I decided to try laser lipo here- which worked fantastically! Lost several inches! But, even better, I have a chronic digestive disorder, gastroparesis, which can flare pretty terribly and for long periods of time. It I also gives me chronic abdominal pain. The laser for the laser lipo actually improved my digestive disorder!
It made my abdominal pain go away and helps keep my flares away! I recommend their laser lipo to those have digestive conditions, especially with inflammation, as this made me feel so much better! And you lose inches!

Frank has been awesome. I have been suffering for years with lower back pains and it has affected my abilities to workout, run, stand for long periods of time and to just be normal. For the last three years prior to going to Frank, I have watched my athletic ability go from being able to compete in races and to wrestle to wishing I could get out of bed without something going wrong with my lower back.
After years of pain medicines and shots and a potential future of a surgery I was finally introduced to Frank in August of 2017. Now let me be clear, I was not an overall fan of chiropractors based on a past experience 8 years ago so I was going into this with my mind completely closed until Frank started talking. He made me feel at ease and he even showed me where the trouble areas were and how they happened and how we could correct it.
It took about 2 weeks but I found myself standing up straighter and that nagging pain I had in my lower back was gone. I am feeling stronger and after a few months and learning how to run again with a new stride I have now logged in times that are 3-4 minutes faster than when I first started. Thank you Frank for helping me to get back to being active and for helping my quality of life get better.

I found Dr. Marghella after suffering from a terrible accident in which my lower spine was rotated an inch and a half out of place. I can not say enough good things about not only his excellent chiropractic care, but also his "table side" manner. When I started visiting him, I could hardly walk, even with the assistance of a cane. Walking from the car to the table was a long and grueling process. Dr. Marghella remained positive, genuinely caring, and supportive of my individual needs. Last week, after a couple of years of adjustments and therapy with him, I ran three miles. Frank Marghella gave me my life back.

Holy cow! This place is amazing. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was really skeptical at first, but after 3 sessions I've lost 3 off my midsection, which is absolutely amazing.
