I look forward to my weekly appointment. I started going to Vital Wellness early July of 2021. I persued consolation because I felt like my body needed to be stretched, from my finger tips to my toes. During the first visit I learned a lot about subluxation and realized that is what had happened to me. The first few weeks I didn't feel any different but just after a full month of adjustments I felt amazing.

Increased energy and my body didn't feel it was compacted. It is now November and I feel wonderful. The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff have fabulous personality and that makes the experience very relaxing. Dr. Dave is wonderful. He is a very down to earth, professional. He knows individuals that he is treating by name. He is open about his life experiences and really interacts with everyone.

They play awesome music there as well. I am very pleased with my random impulse to check out the advertisement I seen on social media. That's not something I normally do. Keep up the good work, Vital Wellness staff.

Dr. Foss has a beautiful gift in using chiropractic. Even more, he is engaging and always ready to share a resource or learn of a new resource to help others. We live an hour away but make the trek as often as we can because he is that good.

My first visit experience at vital wellness center I think was more than I had expected. I was greeted with a friendly welcome and felt that Dr. Dave had taking the time for my questions and concerns of the continuing health issues that I have been experiencing. Which made me feel comfortable upon going forward with receiving his treatment plan for me to correct my health problems.

I had seen Dr. Dave at many yoga events before finally coming to visit Vital Wellness. Chiropractic was recommended to me by my orthopedic doctor. The second you walk into Vital Wellness, you feel safe and well taken care of. Before my first adjustment, I was was experiencing anxiety, back and hip pain & sleep and digestive problems. After one month of treatment, I am sleeping through the night and feeling so calm. The pain in my back and hip have decreased dramatically and my digestion is back on track! Thank you, Dr. Dave! Dr. David Foss is the best! Both my daughter and I agree that our experience at VWC was one of the best we've ever had. Dr. Foss had so much positive energy and helped us feel relieved as we discussed my daughter's recent narcolepsy diagnosis. He listened to all of our concerns and addressed each one of them. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained human body systems in a way that my daughter could comprehend. With Dr. Foss's help we hope to remove or reduce the narcolepsy meds my daughter has needed. A very relaxing, and refreshing atmosphere. Dr. Foss is an excellent, friendly man and works phenomenal with children. I've been going to Vital Wellness since 2009 and have loved every moment there. Not only is Dr. Foss amazing, but the ladies working at the front desk are a joy to be around!

I started going to Vital Wellness Center about a year ago after experiencing some consistent neck pain and irritation. I love Dr. Dave's holistic approach in healing the body from the inside out to manage and fix pain, helping me optimize my health and movement. With the use of red-light therapy and consistent adjustments, I felt amazing relief from the pain and spasms I had been experiencing. Dr. Dave cares about his patients and strives to educate them on all aspects of a healthy lifestyle, taking interest in what you care about as an individual.
