Relief Care Chiropractic is located in Chicago in the West Loop Neighborhood. Relief Care Chiropractic's mission is to help every one of our patients live pain free and healthy lives at all stages of life, from birth, through childhood and into adulthood. Relief Care Chiropractic takes a whole body approach to find out what is causing your pain and discomfort so we can work together to relieve it. After the consultation Dr. Neumann will perform an examination to determine the cause, right course of action, and proper treatment for your condition. Once she has assessed you, she will discuss the best course of treatment for you specifically.
Treatment is then given on the first day based on her recommendations. Once you've completed your treatment for the day Dr. Neumann will typically give you a set of exercises or at home instructions to make sure you progress as quickly as possible.
