Dr. Alex was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He attended Skutt Catholic High School where he pursued his passion for sports playing football and basketball. During his junior year, Alex was introduced to chiropractic for the first time due to injury. Alex graduated from Skutt in 2006. Alex attended Northwest Missouri State University where he played football as well.
He graduated from NWMSU in 2011 with a degree in Biology/Biochemistry. Alex then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa from 2011 to 2014. Alex worked as an associate for Advanced Chiropractic Solutions in Lincoln, NE from 2014-2018 before opening his own practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Alex’s for probably two years now. I came to him after my lower right side of my back had pain that wasn’t going away on its own and he fixed me up! He even saw me through the entirety of my pregnancy which was a life saver! Now my daughter who is 6 months sees Dr. Whitney, she’s amazing with her. Both him and his wife are very down to earth with no hidden agendas and VERY affordable (with or without insurance).

I’ve been seeing Dr. Alex since 2019 and have never been disappointed with my care. He and Dr. Whitney provide a very welcoming, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere. I first saw Dr. Alex because I was struggling with daily headaches, frequent migraines, and neck pain. He was the first chiropractor I’ve seen who truly listens, answers all questions, and makes you feel part of deciding on a course of treatment. We were gradually able to space out my adjustments and I rarely have headaches/migraines anymore! Now I’m able to just go as needed a couple times a year or so and whether it’s been a week or 6 months it’s always a great experience. They are also great about giving recommendations for at-home stretching, exercises, etc. to help your recovery.

Absolutely the best I came here in April2021 severe pain from sciatica. Never have been to a chiropractor. Have been dealing with sciatica for 8 yrs. I looked at there reviews I’m originally from Omaha and made the appointment they got me right in. Whitney has helped me so much with adjustments. I was to the point of surgery on my back. I came to her from Lincoln 3 times a week for 2 months now I’m down to twice a month for Maintance. She is a life saver I highly recommend Whitney & Alex they are the best!
