Coming from Durham on 15-501 we'll be on your left and coming from Chapel Hill we'll be on your right. We're on the first floor of the Duke Health building facing Home Depot. We chose to open our chiropractic office in Durham, NC for several reasons. We wanted to be close to family, be in a growing and vibrant area with lots to do, and have easy access to the beach and mountains.
Dr. Dice is from Pittsburgh, PA and wanted warmer weather and Dr. Nall is from Florida and enjoys having seasons. For these reasons and more we became chiropractors in Durham, NC! If you're thinking since you've been to one chiropractor you've been to them all that's not the case!

Dr. Cortney Dice Nall is a second-generation chiropractor and was a Division I collegiate swimmer.
She practices with her husband Dr. James Nall and have 2 young daughters, Georgia and Lily together.
They also have a Goldendoodle dog named Buddy.
Dr. Dice graduated from Miami University in 2005 with a degree in Exercise Science, Logan College of Chiropractic in 2008 with her doctorate, and Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2016 with her diplomate in clinical nutrition.

Regular visits are $68, or you can purchase a package of 10 visits for $560.
Package visits can be used for any family members (not including their first visit).
If you have to cancel, you'll be refunded any unused visits at the $68 rate.
Follow up visits are $47 - $61 and if you're coming in on a scheduled treatment plan (1-3 visits per week) you may be reimbursed by medicare for a portion of your visit.
A re-exam ($35) is also required by medicare at 4 weeks of care or after 12 visits, whichever comes first.
