Delaney received her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Sports Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
A chronic overuse injury left her with the option to get surgery or quit playing soccer in college.
Refusing to choose either, she sought alternative options which led her to find Muscle Activation Technique (MAT).
MAT gave instant and long-term relief which allowed her to play strong the remaining 4 years.
She then went on to do her MAT certification in Denver, Colorado.
Returning to her hometown of Minnetonka, Delaney's main goal is to help you perform at your body's optimal level, and live your life without pain or limitations because of dysfunction in your muscular system.
