Services
Unlike conventional medicine, which focuses on attempting to treat disease once it occurs, Dr. Lee Dimick emphasizes improving your health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place.
Most people would rather be healthy and avoid illness, if they could.
This is one of the main reasons for the big surge in the popularity of our wellness center.
For some, Westland Chiropractic will take them back to a place that is cozy and familiar, offering a rediscovery of health and wellness that had been previously known but long lost.
Dr. Dimick is a certified acupuncturist specializing in clinical acupuncture.
We use acupuncture in conjunction with chiropractic manipulation and therapy to help in lower back disc injuries, headaches, shoulder injuries and various other ailments.
Dr. Dimick is a certified extremity practitioner, therefore, he is qualified in working on shoulders, elbows, and knees.
He is also trained in custom orthotics to help with the stabilization of foot pronation causing low back and knee pain.
Dr. Dimick prides himself as a family chiropractor.
We understand that arriving at a doctor's office for the first time can be nerve racking.
If you've never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not know what to expect when you come to our Golden chiropractic office for the first time.
Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.
That's why at Westland Chiropractic Center our aim is to remove any unnecessary stress or tension and make you feel comfortable during your visit with our chiropractor.
Going to the Chiropractor is a new experience for many of us.
Maybe we've heard through a friend or have done some research online.
It's possible that you are just fed up with living in pain and it's time to do something about it.
In either case, your first visit to the chiropractor will really be about getting to know the chiropractor and discussing your history, current condition and goals.
As with any doctor's visit, you'll start by finishing some new patient paperwork.
Upon meeting with the doctor, you'll discuss your concerns and expectations as well as have the chance to ask any questions you may have.
Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Lee Dimick to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options.
This initial visit is designed for Dr. Lee Dimick to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.
After your consultation, Dr. Lee Dimick will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your reflexes and flexibility.
Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will be performed as well.
