Chiropractic adjustment, or manipulation, is a manual procedure that utilizes the highly refined skills developed during our doctor of chiropractic's intensive years of chiropractic education.
Our Doctors use their hands to manipulate all joints of the body, not just the spine, in order to restore or enhance joint function.
Chiropractic adjustments help to realign the body, resolve joint dysfunction and inflammation, increase joint and muscle mobility and reduce the patient's pain.
Doctor Kelley and our Winter Garden team like the whole body approach and not just focusing on the area of pain.

Electrical stimulation therapy is a therapeutic treatment that applies electrical stimulation in treating muscle spasms and pain.
It can help prevent atrophy and build strength in patients with injuries.
It is also helpful in keeping muscles active especially after any type of spinal cord injury or strokes.
Physical therapists and other medical practitioners attach electrodes on the patient's skin, causing the target muscles to contract.
With electric stimulation, the patient can maintain muscle tome and strength that would other wise waste away due to lack of usage.

With our rehabilitation tools in our Winter Garden office patients actively participate in their care both at the clinic and at home.
When patients come to the clinic, they don't sit passively waiting to see the doctor or physical therapist.
They prepare for their examination by doing warm up exercises and stretching their muscles, ligaments and discs using the Wobble Chair and the Repetitive Cervical Traction.
