SOSF is Fairfield's elite location for fitness and rehabilitation. We'll take your fitness from where you are to wherever you want to be. At SOSF we take a methodical approach to get you back into the best shape you've ever been in. Yes, we have clients who are in better shape in their 40's and 50's than when they were in their 20's and 30's. First, Release those old injuries through our Chiropractic, massage, freezerburn and basic training programs. Work through the tightness and old injuries to break up scar tissue and restore functional movement.

An innovative technique that effectively breaks down scar tissue and fascial restrictions.
The technique utilizes specially designed stainless steel instruments to specifically detect and treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation.
Using a tool focuses the force through an area smaller then your finger with less friction.
This allows a more efficient treatment.
Dr. Chris Skelton is a Chiropractic Sports Physician, Level 1 CrossFit Trainer, certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, certified Police Officer Standards and Training Council for Health and Wellness, certified Functional Movement Specialist and avid CrossFit athlete who works with CrossFitters, exercise enthusiasts, and those who are new to the world of fitness, through a broad range of issues.
He has an extensive background in fitness, health and wellness and has a passion for teaching, coaching and inspiring.
Involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach the deep layers of muscle and fascia.
Aids in recovery from muscle tension and pain.
It also promotes increased blood flow and reducing inflammation.
This modality will focus on areas that are overused and stressed during training.
Using a combination of stretching and deep tissue work the therapist can help the client with recovery time and reduction of pain and inflammation.
The therapist can use many different stretching and range of motion techniques to increase flexibility and mobility.
One of our Registered Dieticians will provide you with a fully customized 30 day meal plan catered to any style of eating.
