Soft Tissue Therapy reduces tension on a muscle, allowing for better range of motion of those joints. It can restore normal motion, help with pain, stiffness, tension, fatigue, and overall wellness. We address injuries of all kinds, including slips and falls, auto accidents, sports injuries, and lifting injuries. We really have heard every story imaginable - from the time you tripped while carrying the Thanksgiving Turkey, to that one time you slept a little funny.

Myofascial release does wonders for tension headaches. The upper back, shoulders, neck, and base of the skull are all connected and in just a few minutes we can usually ease those headache triggers with a combination of specific adjustments. Your first visit includes a detailed history of your complaint, examination, diagnosis, treatment plan, home care recommendations, and patient education for preventative care.

Most patients are treated on their first visit, however should you need additional testing or referral to a specialist, you will be instructed to return for treatment following those additional services.

I started my journey into health care as a high school student in the health careers academy and interning at a local chiropractic office.
It was the first time I got to experience health care as a means to stay healthy instead of just waiting to get sick.
This really made sense to me, and from that point on I knew what I was meant to do.
I established a solid educational foundation at Chico State graduating with my B.S. in Kinesiology with emphasis in Exercise Physiology and went on to achieve my goal of becoming a doctor at Palmer College of Chiropractic, West in San Jose.
Kyle has five years worth of both chiropractic massage therapy and spa oriented massage experience.
This gives him a unique ability to provide healing using deep tissue and myofascial release techniques, while also having the ability to relax the body and mind using the traditional Swedish and Shiatsu modalities.
He is also versed in craniosacral therapy, reflexology and neuromuscular stretching.
He customizes each session to exactly what the you are look for that day, combining a mix of modalities and techniques to fulfill your needs.
Avery began her massage therapy career at National Holistic Institute in San Jose completing 1350 hours of massage.
Avery fell in love with learning about the human body and the way it moves, and she continued her education in Advanced Neuromuscular work, focusing on clients who have injuries or are very active with sports.
She combines her knowledge of injuries, as well as her basic massage techniques to create a relaxing and therapeutic environment for the client.
Avery recently became a Full Body Active Release Technique (ART) provider, helping to quickly relieve chronic ongoing pain.
New patient visits include a detailed history, physical exam and, in most cases, a treatment the same day.
Visits also include a thorough diagnosis, detailed treatment plan with patient education, and home care program.
New patient visits are 1 hour and we kindly ask that all paperwork is completed and returned ahead of time.
If not, please allow an additional 15 minutes for processing.
A traditional appointment, for an existing patient, is 15 minutes and includes myofascial work (soft tissue therapy, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release or some combination of those) and specific adjustments.
All existing patient appointments are completed through our app.
After a quick install, you are able to schedule or reschedule an appointment, see your upcoming appointment times, and send us messages.
If you are unable to use an app, please give us a call or send us an email to schedule an appointment.
