We are conveniently located off of Bridgeport Avenue between Trap Falls Road and Old Stratford Road. We offer a full range of specialties to promote overall health and wellness. Jason Queiros, DC received his Bachelor's degree from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania and attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida where he received his D.C.
As a passionate, patient-oriented chiropractor, Dr. Queiros believes in a holistic approach to health, healing and lifestyle.
He stays abreast of findings affecting chiropractic, nutrition, physical rehabilitation and other wellness therapies by attending continuing education courses and seminars, as well as reading and researching extensively.

We provide advanced spinal correction utilizing "state of the art" chiropractic techniques.

As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Jason Queiros has years of training and experience in spinal adjustment.
Purpose: This exercise improves knee and hip strength to improve proper patellar motion.
A great exercise for people who struggle with general knee pain, runners knee or general weakness of the VMO.
Instructions: Brace your core (pelvic tilt), straighten your leg by contracting your quadriceps, lift the leg roughly to the height of your opposite knee, return to neutral and relax.
Common Errors: Not pelvic tilting prior to lifting - after all, these muscles are connected to your core.
It is also important to relax between each repetition so that you have a full contraction.
