Ready to get started? Please call our Battle Creek chiropractic office today to arrange a time so that we may meet you and discuss your particular health issue. I have been to various Chiropractors in my 63 years and have happily found Dr Poindexter to excel in knowledge, and skill when manipulating areas needing attention. Happy and cheerful attitudes abound!
Well beyond expectations. Being a larger person, Dr Poindexter was able to manipulate me without any issues, treated my issues with great care and already feel better from being properly cared for. Her staff is wonderful, kind and entertaining. Your needs will be met here.

We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference.
The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience.
After identifying which vertebrae have lost their normal motion or position, a specific manual thrust is applied to free up "stuck" spinal joints.
This is a system of spinal evaluation combined with a handheld adjusting instrument that delivers a consistent, low-force thrust.
This full spine approach relies on X-rays and a heat-sensing instrument for a thorough evaluation and documented results.

Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it's important that our relationship can go the distance.
We've found that one of the best ways to have successful patient relationships is to explain everything in advance.
The more you understand who we are, what we do and why we do it, the better results you'll enjoy.
It's as simple as that.
Your first visit at Healing Touch Chiropractic is the longest and we tell patients to plan on it taking an hour.

While chiropractic focuses on the relationship between the spine and its impact on the nervous system, massage focuses on the 650 muscles of the body.
Relaxation promotes a host of benefits for the mind and body including a heightened sense of well-being, release of muscle tension, and relief from anxiety and depression.
In addition, relaxation has been shown to help restore immune function and improve circulation, thereby enhancing healing throughout your body.
However, many types of massage offer benefits beyond simple relaxation.
