A Chiropractic adjustment, also known as a manipulation is therapeutic treatment intended to induce motion into a joint and restore the proper function of the joint in the kinetic chain.
Active Release Technique (ART), is a soft tissue technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. This treatment is used to unload or improve the gliding of pain provoking tissues often the result of overuse/poor movement injuries. Corrective Exercises are used to strengthen certain muscle groups under dysfunction and to correct muscle imbalances.
Correcting muscle imbalances get to the root of the problem and aim to prevent the re-occurrence of pain. Dry Needling is a treatment technique utilizing a needle to penetrate the skin and stimulate underlying pain provoking tissues to restore proper function.

He received his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College-Kansas City.
Ashley was born and raised right here in Bellevue, NE and is a graduate of Bellevue West High School.
Ashley is the clinic's go-to person when it comes to billing questions, insurance benefits, and scheduling appointments.
She is here to answer any of the questions regarding coverage you may have throughout your care at the clinic.
