Graston Soft tissue technique uses 6 stainless steel instruments to detect and treat scar tissue and restrictions.
After soft tissues (muscle, ligament, tendon, and fascia) are injured, they heal by making a scar.
These scars decrease the strength of the tissue along with its ability to stretch and move.
These instruments break down the scars and aid the body in healing these tissues properly.

During your first visit we began the process of correcting spinal lesions called subluxation (joints which have lost normal motion and alignment) and associated muscle reactions.
This process my lead to initial soreness.
This soreness can be decreased with the use of ice.
