This is in addition to a general history about your state of health.
Examination A detailed examination of the area of complaint will be performed.
Most exams take place while the patient is fully clothed.
The best type of clothes to wear to the initial exam are loose fitting pants (sweat pants) and shirt (tee shirt).
X-ray An x-ray study may be conducted.
The need for the x-rays test is based on the information gathered during the first part of the visit.
This is in addition to a general history about your state of health.

Any co-payment is payable at the time of treatment.

Medicare will send payment directly to us for services we provide.
However, we are still required to collect deductibles, co-payments and fees for any non-covered service.
