She specializes in Sports, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Proprioceptor Nerve Facilitation (PNF), Repetitive Injury, Orthopedic, TMJ Certified, Hot Stone, Pregnancy and Swedish massage.
She continues to take classes to further her education in the Massage field.
