Dr. Jay Bleil has lived most of his life in Siouxland. He was raised in Moville, IA, and graduated from Woodbury Central High School. After attending Morningside College in Sioux City, IA, Dr. Bleil served 4 years in the United States Air Force. Dr. Bleil is passionate about helping his community live happy, pain free lives. Jacque Bleil is also originally from Siouxland.
